The Apprentice Heavy Duty Technician will, as their training allows, undertake the job and functions of a Journeyperson as outlined below. In addition, the Apprentice may be required to undertake training and practical work as part of the apprenticeship program that may not normally be utilized by the Corporation and may not be reflected below.

This position is located in Fort Simpson, NT. Salary for this position starts at $31.53/hr. and increases as the apprenticeship progresses (as per Collective Agreement); in addition, a location allowance of approximately $6,184 per annum. We offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes health and dental benefits, disability insurance, life insurance, paid sick days and a defined benefits pension plan. Relocation assistance may be provided.
