This position is located in Inuvik, NT and is not a remote/rotational position.
The Electrical Generation Technician is responsible for performing senior level work in the maintenance, diagnosis and repair of electrical generation and control equipment, along with auxiliary equipment such as electric motors, transformers, relays, electronic governors, voltage regulators, and other NTPC electrical systems in diesel, gas, wind, solar, battery energy storage systems and /or hydro generating stations. All work shall be carried out in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code and NTPC policies and standards.
Salary for this position ranges from $54.10/hour to $65.72/hour, plus an additional location allowance of $11,808 per annum. This position is locatel in Inuvik, NT and does require the successful candidate to reside/relocate here. Relocation assistance may be provided.
