This is a term position to February 26, 2027, located in Hay River, NT.   Provides confidential administrative support services to the Corporation, including support to the President & CEO, Chief Financial Officer and additional Senior Leadership Team members, as well as other NTPC employees.

Working in a team environment, the Project Manager Junior (PMJ) will lead the implementation of Capital Projects for the Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution divisions throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with different departments in a multidisciplinary environment. These activities include but are not limited to coordinating resources (internal and external), overseeing construction activities, managing contracts, following project schedules, supporting project scoping, cost control and budgeting, and creating reports as required by the project or the department. All of these while following NTPC's best work practices and safety regulations.

The Enterprise Systems Administrator is responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining core enterprise applications that support the organization’s IT service delivery. These applications are essential for internal IT operations but are not typically accessed directly by non-IT staff.
